Reduction of the conflict potential
of the Roma communities in the above-mentioned municipalities.

Establishment of contacts between
the main actors on a local level, with a view to cooperation and partnership
in the resolution of conflicts arising within the Roma community, or conflicts
involving Roma or representatives of the Roma community.

Acquisition, through partnership,
of conflict resolution skills by representatives of the Roma communities
and by representatives of the institutions operating in particularly "conflict
zones" - employment service offices, social services, police, etc. A total
of 90 persons will be taught in the field of conflict resolution.

Based on the surveys and the
experience to be shared during the mutual training seminars, a model of
reducing the conflict potential of the Roma community will be elaborated
and Partnership Forums will be set up.

Translation and publication
of a Handbook for Partnership in Conflict Resolution, in the Macedonian
and Roumanian languages, and circulation of Handbook copies to 200 municipalities
and communities in Roumania and Macedonia.

Propagation of the Project results
by means of a web-site, containing information on the Project and the text
of the Handbook in the Bulgarian, Roumanian and Macedonian languages, plus
information in English on the situation of the Roma people, with a view
to attracting future opening donors' programmes and foreign investors and
sponsors for projects aimed at this target group.
